The secret to our mouthwatering barbecue is taking it slow- super slow. That's why our pit master wakes up long before dawn to start the fire. Brisket, pulled pork, or chicken cook for hours- sometimes a full day- until they're so tender they melt in your mouth.
On the day of your event, we bring our massive, twenty-foot, mobile rotisserie smoker to you so our pit master can finish over open flames. The result is shamelessly juicy and fall-off-the-bone-tender on the inside, with a perfect, smoky sear on the outside. Your guests will love the visual wow factor, and they'll love the flavor even more.
If there's a heaven, it smells like our barbecue.
